Accent Windows and Doors was a pleasure to work with!  The sales, back office and installation staff were all very friendly and accommodating.  So far, I have been impressed with the product and think it is a great value relative to their competitors.  The installation team was courteous, there quality of work was excellent and they left all spaces as clean as they found them.

Good to see you at the Home and Garden show on Saturday. It has been a few years since we contracted with Accent to install new windows, but it was great to visit with you again.

As I mentioned, we have been thoroughly pleased with the windows and have certain ally enjoyed the convenience of the tilt feature, as well as the no maintenance exterior. The first thing we noted was how quiet the house became - amazing how much outside noise the windows abated. And as advertised, we also realized a reduction in our heating and cooling bills which is continuing to be a "plus" each month.

We are definitely pleased with your product, and as home owners, our overall experience with Accent has been most pleasant and rewarding.

When I learned that you were owner of Accent Windows and Doors, Jim I knew that I was working with a company dedicated to quality. You had previously built a home for us in Lexington and we were extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism that you demonstrated during the construction of that house.

The work by Accent was no different. From the very beginning when we met with Landon to discuss our needs with our home, the entire process was extremely pleasant.

The entire construction proceeded was seamless and workmanship provided by your employees was extremely efficient and performed according to schedule. They were great to work with and even offered suggestions that improved the project.

The end result is that our home has now become extremely efficient and we have noticed nearly a 40% dr crease in our energy bills.
